1I don’t think it will be wise for the operators to start selling locked phones. If so the partner shops should have to be closed.

3I don’t see any reason why operators shouldn’t sell locked phones. These so called partners sell the phones as expensive as others and the only thing we can do there is pay our bill, which can be done with lots of other methods. ATMs, bml online.

4I believe the iPad have potential but not as a mass market device, but for those old people and geeks..
You guys are wrong about Symbian, the whole mobile platform market is far reaching and vary very widely. It’s not always about the App. A lot of people just want something integrated and just working. App for this and app for that is just a hassle for a lot of people. Windows phone 7 series is on the right track actually.
